customer taps "View in 3D" — then <model-viewer> crossfades the photo into the
live model (the photo is its poster, so there's no jump). AR opens Scene Viewer
(Android) / Quick Look (iOS). Parallax uses translate+scale+glare (no 3D CSS transforms).
